Producers weed out the dramatic actors before putting them in dramatic situations with one another. The rose ceremony is meticulously planned, as is the casting so that the finalists can be selected ahead of time.

While viewers wait in anticipation to see how much weight each contestant has lost, it turns out that the fancy technology used to demonstrate their weight loss is a hoax. Two days before the competition, the contestants are weighed and measured. To top it off, the show’s medical professionals’ credibility has been called into question several times. Some claimed they were unable to distribute drugs because they lacked the necessary qualifications. Not to mention the fact that the contestants are staged to appear sluggish and lazy when they are not.
