During the colder months of autumn and winter, our bodies naturally feel more tired and we often begin to crave warmth and comfort. Chances are this is the reason people procrastinate a lot more with the temptation to sleep all day. Of course is so important to maintain energy, especially if you are so busy with school assignments and papers, however, you should only be aiming for around 8 hours a night – as a student.
